MiCleine offers amongst others, the following services to corporate business parks, shopping centres, estates and sectional title complexes:

Garden Maintenance

• Removal of all grass cuttings and garden refuse;
• Mowing of lawns and trimming lawn edges;
• Trimming and shaping of hedges and shrubs;
• Turning flower beds and removal of dead plants and weeds;
• Watering of general / communal gardens;
• Cleaning of weeds from general / communal paving;
• Seasonal pruning of shrubs and smaller trees in communal property;
• Bi-annual cutting of roses; and
• Composting, lawn dressing and fertilizing.

Cleaning Services

• Taking dustbins out on dustbin day, clean same after collection of rubbish and replace at units [not applicable at corporate business parks and shopping centres];
• Cleaning of stairwells and passages;
• Sweeping/cleaning of general / communal walkways and paved areas;
• Cleaning of general / communal areas, workers dressing room and toilets;
• Washing and/or cleaning/dusting of garage doors;
• Removal of all accumulated rubbish other than household rubbish (only applicable to estates and complexes);
• Garden clean-ups; and
• Rubble removal.

Swimming Pool Maintenance

• General monthly chemicals to maintain Ph. (Acid) and Alkalinity levels;
• Brush sides and steps;
• Clear surfaces of leaves and debris;
• Clean weir and pump baskets; and
• Backwash and rinse filter.

General Maintenance

• Changing of faulty external general / communal light bulbs;
• Visual inspection of and cut clean the electric fencing around the perimeter;
• Regular inspection of premises and provision of plans for possible improvements of the general / communal areas; and
• Small maintenance as required from time to time (i.e. leaking taps, burst pipes, broken pool equipment, etc)
